Welcome to Wimborne Chess Club.

We are a small friendly club for individuals who share a common interest and passion for Chess.  Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or just starting out, Wimborne Chess Club offers an ideal environment to cater to your interests and skill level, and if you are a parent please check out the information on our thriving Juniors section, which you will find under Activities.
 
We have several teams in the local rated leagues and also run casual chess events throughout the year.

Outside of the summer break we meet weekly at 19:00 on Wednesday at the Merley Social Club. Drop-ins welcome. If you'd like more info which isn't on the site please reach out via our Contact Us page.
